Payment and Invoice Help - As a small business owner, I understand the importance of prompt payment.
All invoices go through an approval process. This is for my own internal control measures and to safeguard the Participant. Having said this, I process invoices daily and they usually have a turnaround time of 3 business days (funds must be claimed and paid by the NDIS first). If you have not received payment within 8 business days, I welcome you to contact me. Please allow 10 business days if it is your first invoice with FNQ Plan Management.
Invoices must include:
Business Name
Business Phone Number
ABN
Participant Name
Invoice Number
Invoice Date
Services Provided (including NDIS Support Line Number)
Rate and Qty Provided
Banking Details
Email for Remittance Advice
Please note, I cannot pay above the rates in the NDIS Price Guide.
If you have any queries or concerns, please don't hesitate to give me a call.
Service Agreements - Service Agreements are best practice as it reduces any chance of misunderstandings and is a great way to ensure you are paid quickly(especially if you are providing regular services). They also allow me to quarantine funds out of the Participant’s plan for your ongoing services.
NDIS Atherton Tablelands Providers and Participants Network - This is a Facebook group administered by FNQ Plan Management where NDIS providers (registered and unregistered) who physically service the Atherton Tablelands can advertise.
This means they must have a physical address or travel to our community to provide NDIS services. No online or virtual service providers are accepted. It has been created as a resource for local Participants and professionals to access information about services available within our local community as well as to share support, knowledge and guidance with others in the NDIS space. I maintain a register of all service providers in the area which is available within the Facebook Group.
If you would like to be included on this list, please email me.

For those Providers servicing the broader Far North Queensland region, another resource is the NDIS Cairns Providers and Participants Network Facebook page. You can ask to be added to this listing as well (it’s also free). Look in their Files section - they have a very extensive list of services available to the region.
